It is with great sadness the family of Chantel Smith of Marystown announces her sudden passing on October 7th, 2015 at the age of 39 years.
Leaving to mourn mother Sylvia; brothers and sisters Tanya (Keith), Gordon (Holly), Terri-Lynne and Mark (Saralynn); grandmother Ellen Gillingham; nephew Liam, niece Mila; beloved pets Jack and Molly plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by father Gordon; grandparents Harvey Gillingham and Alice and Cyril Smith; Aunt Linda Gormly and Uncle Phil Brake.
Rev. Robert Tuck officiated Funeral Service on Monday, October 12, 2015 from Creston North United Church with interment following at United cemetery Creston North.
Pall Bearers were Mark Smith, Terri-Lynne Smith, Tanya Smith, Lloyd Smith, Gordon Smith, Keith Smith, Levi Gillingham.
Honorary Pall Bearers were Liam Smith, Mila Smith.
