Bill “Tubby” Carlson passed away at home on October 15, 2015 surrounded by family. He is survived by his wife Caroline; sons David (Karen), Robert (Bronwen) and Edward; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brothers Bob (Jeannie) and John; sister Ina as well as many nieces and nephews. A Service of Remembrance will be held at W. J. Jones & Son Chapel on Tuesday October 20, 2015 at 10:30AM. Pastor Phil Canning will officiate. For those so wishing memorials donations may be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre St., Regina, S4P 2R3. In living memory of “Tubby”, a memorial planting will be made by W. J.
