1927 - 2015
Lucie LeBlanc 88, of Saint-Antoine passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Dr Georges L Dumont HUC, Moncton on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. She was married to the late Alphonse LeBlanc (2002). Born in Notre-Dame, she was the daughter of the late Alderic and the late Marie-Rose (Caissie) Richard.
She was a primary school teacher.
She will be sadly missed by her six children; Lucille Boudreau (Jean-Luc) of Saint-Antoine, Carmen Gallant of Shediac, Victor (Theresa) of Monroe, Louisiana, Claude (Vera), Denis (Murielle) of Saint-Antoine, Louis (Denise) of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn one sister Yvonne Cormier, two brothers, Désiré and Paul (Claudette) all of Notre-Dame and several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by one sister Sara and one brother Roger.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Friday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Antoine Church on Friday, October 23 at 11:00am with interment in the parish cemetery.
In Lucie’s memory donations may be made to the CHU DUMONT Foundation.
