GOULD, RONALD
Ronald Gould, 80, of Shediac passed away on October 19th, 2015 at the Moncton Hospital. Born on March 7th, 1935, he was the son of the late William and Diane (LeBlanc) Gould.
He was a retired custodian at L.J.R. High School Shediac. He served with the Royal Canadian Navy for five years, was a Shediac Fire Dept volunteer for 17 years, was a founding member of the Shediac Bugle Band , and a 59 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 33 Shediac.
He will be sadly missed by his five children: Mary-Ann Gould (Marcel Fournier) of Shediac, Ronald Jr (Annette) of Scoudouc, Ken (Linda) of Moncton, Paul of Etobicoke ON, Gerry of Bramford ON; one brother: Roy of Moncton and five grandchildren: Shamus, Jeff, Denis, Jacques and Kyle.
He was predeceased by his spouse Helen (Richard 1997), several brothers and sisters and one granddaughter: Marie.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Center, 396 Main St. Shediac (532-3297) on Thursday October 22nd, 2015 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm, Friday October 23rd, 2015 from 10:30am until time of service. The funeral service will be held at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Center, Shediac on October 23rd, 2015 at 11:30am.
In memory of Ronald, a contribution to the Oncology unit of the Dr. Georges L. Dumont UHC or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
