After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Bertha Georgina Murphy (Noonan) passed away peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, October 20, 2015, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 73, of Charlottetown, formerly of North River. Dear mother of Boyce (Lisa), Shannon Campbell (Eric) and Lori Ashley (Peter). Loving grandmother of seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Sister of Bernadette MacGregor (Malcolm), Reg Noonan (Adele), Benny Noonan (Rosemarie) and Garnet Noonan (Colleen). Sister-in-law of Ralph DesRoches. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Loman and Cecilia Noonan, by her stepmother Ida Noonan, by her sisters Leta (Austin), Helen and by her brother Leo Noonan.
