MELANSON, THÉRÈSE
1928 - 2015
It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Thérèse Melanson, 87, of Moncton, NB, on Friday, October 23rd, 2015, at the Moncton Hospital. She was the daughter of the late David and the late Olympe (née: Caissie) Lavoie.
She is survived by three daughters: Antoinette Melanson of Quebec, Joanne (Jean) Caissie of Moncton and Gisèle Melanson (late Alain Bourassa) of Quebec; one son, Pierre (Joan) of Grand-Barachois; one sister, Rita of Montreal; one brother, Francis of Montreal; five grandchildren: Mélanie, Mathieu M., Kristine, Patrick and Mathieu B., one great-grandson, James, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Antoine J. in 2011; one grandson, Martin; one sister, Bertha and also by three brothers: Aurèle, Willie and Edgar.
A private service will be held at funeral home.
In her memory, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
