It is with deep sadness that the family of Crystal Lynn Angus Smith age 43 of Brookdale announce her passing on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at home with Bill by her side.
Born in Springhill, she was the daughter of Keith and Sheila (Crowley) Angus.
Crystal was very outgoing and social, she loved going to festivals and functions. Her favorite pastimes were weekly darts, hockey games, Cumberland Car Club, music and dance. She loved most of all spending time with her family.
She will be greatly missed by her parents Keith and Sheila Angus, loving partner Bill MacPhee, her children, sons Byron, Rick and daughter Vanessa (Tyler); brother Andrew (Kristin), sister Sonya (Todd) Seymour; Grandparents Albert and Mildred Angus and Marion Crowley; niece Bronwyn, nephews Isaac and Caleb and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Crystal was predeceased by Grandfather Percy Crowley and infant brother Jeffery.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 7 – 9 pm at Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St, Amherst. (902-667-9906) with cremation to follow.
Funeral service will be held Friday, October 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from Campbell’s Funeral Chapel.
Interment will take place in the Amherst Cemetery.
Donations may be made in Crystal’s memory to the Epilepsy Association of Nova Scotia or to the charity of your choice.
