Joan Hape, age, 79 passed away at East Cumberland Lodge, Pugwash, NS surrounded by Bruce, Lorna and Family, whom she was very thankful for their help.
Joan worked as a LPN for over 40 years at the Highland View Hospital in Amherst. Joan loved animals, especially her cat Ms.Kitty.
She was predeceased by her husband, the late Carl Hape.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Furlong~Jones Funeral Home, 70 Church St., Amherst (902-667-8777). A private graveside service will be held at a later date in the Riverside Cemetery, Tidnish Bridge, NS.
Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association.
