Passed peacefully away on Friday, October 30th, 2015 from the Western Memorial Hospital Long Term Care Facility in Corner Brook, Harvey Manuel, age 87. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Barry (Colleen) Manuel, Dennis (Barbara) Manuel, Wanda (Nolan) Young, Debbie (Dean) Young, Cindy (Jeff) Smith, David (Edna) Manuel, Brenda (Darrold) Williams, Jason (Sherry) Manuel, grandchildren: Stephen, Nicholas (Kayla), Kelly (Cody), Michael, Andy (Kyla), Cody (Elizabeth), Emily, Lynette, Mandi (Troy), Melissa (William), Courtney, Lacey, Ryan, Alycia, Marie, great-grandchildren: Brayden, Kylie, Brett, Dakota, Willow, Chase, Lily, Aurora, brother Eric Manuel, sisters Ruby (Gerald) Hoyles, Nellie Yetman, Pearl Lagatdu, Patsy (Larry) Kennedy and sisters-in-law Edwina (Cal) Snow and Mary Manuel. He was predeceased by his wife Marie in 1993, second wife Elvie in 2008, daughter Tina in 2008, parents Walter and Georgina Manuel, sisters Evelyn and Beryl, father and mother-in-law Edward and Emily Howell, brothers-in-law Jerry Lagatdu, Eilert Yetman and sister-in-law Patsy Manuel. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake, on Sunday, November 1st from 7-9 pm. His funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd at 2 pm from St. Paul's United Church with Rev. Myles Vardy officiating, interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery, Wight's Road, Deer Lake.
