It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Shirley Eileen Hawco, age 81 from Port Blandford, at the Lakeside Nursing Home, Gander on October 29, 2015. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph; parents, George and Olive Efford; infant brother, Vernon; sisters, Wilma Rose and Jessie Oake. leaving to mourn her passing are her children, Fred, Boyd (Ruth), Allan (Judy), Larry (Bernice), Robert, and Olive (Marvin); grandchildren, Chad, Andrew (Terri), Brad (Jordee), Justin, Kimberley (Max), Natasha (Ryan), Sara, Joey and also seven great grandchildren; brothers; Jacob (Beatrice), Calvin (Mary), Robert (Gloria) and William (Donna); sisters, Edna (Lorne) and Fannie (Rev. Robert) and many other relatives and friends. Rested at Alton United Church, Port Blandford from where the funeral service, officiated by Rev. Glenn Jarvis, assisted by Rev.
