MacKAY, BARBARA JEAN (STOREY)
March 26, 1942 - November 4, 2015
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Barbara MacKay which occurred November 4, 2015, peacefully at home with her family by her side. Born in Storeytown, NB on March 26, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Wilson and Janie Storey (Thibodeau).
She is survived by her husband Roy, three sons Tim (Linda), Tom, Troy, and a daughter Tracey, seven grandchildren Carly, Bethany (Ed), Matthew, Tyler (Carrie), Tanita, Deidre, and Marley. She is also survived by her brother Clark (Cassie), three sisters Duane, Geraldine, Sharon (Larry), along with several nieces, nephews and cousins that were very special to her.
She was predeceased by her sisters Ella and Patsy, her infant brother Myles, and brother in-laws Floyd, Lawrence, Lawson and Robert.
At her request, there will be no visitation or funeral but a celebration of her life will occur on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Doaktown Curling Club from 1 to 4pm.
