Brock Craik

Craik, Brock Robert
November 22, 1950 – November 2, 2015

It is with deepest sadness that we share the news of the sudden passing of Brock Craik on Monday, November 2, 2015 at the age of 64 years. He was born in Moose Jaw on November 22, 1950 to Ken and Uella Craik. Brock attended A.E. Peacock Collegiate and graduated from the University of Saskatchewan. He practiced law in Moose Jaw for 40 years until his recent retirement. Brock spent hours tending to the yard and was meticulous about its care through the year. Brock’s passions were history, geology, sports and book stores; he was an avid reader. He was always eager to go north to the Crystal Lake family cottage where he spent 40 fabulous summers with friends and family. He immersed himself in ambitious projects at the cottage. He was a loving Papa to Brock Dillon and they spent many days golfing and on awesome adventures. Brock will be forever missed by his loving wife Sheri, son Jon (Laura), daughter Ashley (Derek Klassen), grandson Brock Dillon, sister Joan (Dillon) Boyle, brother Bryon (Kathy) Craik, sister-in-law Glori (Walt) Bardua and mother-in-law “Nanny” Lillie Crotenko. He is survived by loving cousins, aunts, uncles and special nieces and nephews. Sincere gratitude to the support of our friends Al Wihlidal, Theresa and Doug Mintenko, Anita Rice and all those who are assisting us through this difficult time. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. A Memorial Tea will be held on Monday, November 9, 2015 from 2 pm to 4 pm in the Redpath Lounge at Parkview Funeral Chapel, 474 Hochelaga St. W, Moose Jaw, SK.
