The death occurred peacefully on November 10, 2015 at the Garden Home of Vera Orr Simpson, formerly of Hunter River and Hope River. Vera was born on June 30, 1918, the daughter of the late William Allan Simpson and Jean (Orr) Simpson, Bayview, PEI.
Vera is survived by brother Dr. Gordon (Betty) Simpson of Sydney, NS. Predeceased by brother Nelson (Mabel) Simpson, formerly of Bayview, PEI and sister Helen Koch of Edmonton, Alberta. Vera will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Saturday from Central Queens United Church, Hunter River, at 1 p.m. Interment in Cavendish Cemetery.
