It is with great sadness that the family of the late George "Frank" Corbin announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the age of 79 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Dorothy (nee Carberry); daughters: Karen Hoddinott (Larry) and Joanne Corbin (Ron); son John Corbin (Jennifer); seven grandchildren: Jennifer, Angela, Christine, Melissa, Justin, Ronald, and Matthew; six great-grandchildren: Daniel, Samantha, Kevin, Jessica, Willow, and Jaxon; brother Joe Corbin (Alice), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Francis and Margaret Corbin. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Monday between the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 2 p.m. from Country Haven Funeral Chapel, with Reverend Wendy Lowden officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
