CALHOUN, BEVERLY ROBERT
It is with great sadness the family announces the unexpected passing of Beverly “Bev” Robert Calhoun which occurred at his home on Saturday, November 14th, 2015. Born 1938, in Nackawic, NB, he was the son of the late Lyman and Thelma (Hagerman) Calhoun.
Bev was employed with N.B. Power for 37 years before retiring in 1993. He was an outdoorsman that loved to hunt, fish, and take long walks in the woods. He also enjoyed travelling to Great Bear Campground.
Bev will be loved always and sadly missed by his wife Marilyn (Randon); son Marty Calhoun of Calgary, AB; daughter Wendy Little (Tony) of Saint John; sisters Betty Campbell of Calgary, AB, Dianne Lamar of Moncton, NB; grandchild Jeffrey Little; as well as nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides his parents, Beverly was predeceased by his brother James.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation being held on Thursday, November 19th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Memorial Mass will take place from St. Joachim’s Catholic Church on Friday, November 20th at 12 noon followed by an interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
