Passed peaceful away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on November 18, 2015, Albert Slaney of Chapel's Cove, Harbour Main aged 69 years. Predeceased by his parents Michael & Veronica Slaney. Survived by his wife Patricia Slaney (nee Costello), daughters & sons: Valerie Smith (Kevin), Tina White (Chris), Carol Ann Payne (Ross), Kim Slaney Bullen (Jeremy), Albert, Bradley (Rita) and Jennifer Boland (Craig); 17 grandchildren, siblings: Esther Slaney Brown, Madonna Slaney, Mike Slaney (Mary), Chris Slaney (Debbie), Geraldine Flannigan (Gus), Kevin Slaney (Barb), Theresa Hawco (Tom), Marilyn Snow and Gerard Slaney (Carol Ann), brothers & sisters - in - law of the Costello family, and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Saturday & Sunday from 2 pm - 5 pm and 7 - 9 pm & on Monday from 9 - 10:30. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am on Monday, November 23, 2015 from SS. Peter & Paul Church, Harbour Main. Cremation to follow with Inurnment at a later date.
