Edwards, John Preston
John Preston Edwards of Fredericton, passed away following a brief illness at his residence on November 18, 2015 at the age of 62. Born in Saint John he was the son of the late Kenneth and Ruth Edwards.
John is survived by his wife of 36 years, Cathy (Hopkins), daughter, Carole Edwards, two sons, David and Jason, two brothers, Robert (Janet), and Keith; mother in law, Eleanor Hopkins, two sisters in law, Jane Weaver and Christine Hayes; one brother in law, John Hopkins as well as several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be held at St. Margaret’s Anglican Church on Saturday, November 21nd, 2015 from 12 noon to 2:00 PM, follow by the Funeral Service at 2:00 pm. The Rev. Rick Robinson will officiate. Interment will be held at a later date. For those who wish, memorial tributes may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
