We, the children of the late Doreen Harper wish to extend. Our sincere appreciation to our family and friends for their kindness and support in the loss of our mother. To those who travelled to be with us, made donations, sent food and cards, Thank You. To Dr. Khodadad and the nurses at the cancer center, thank you for your kindness and compassion. Thank you to Dr. Bernie MacIntosh and Sarah, and palliative care nurse Cathy MacMillan, and all the nurses who helped us with Mom’s wish of staying at home. Thank you to her close friends and neighbours, Verna & Cameron and Joyce & Dave for always being there for her. Thank you Georgie and Marybeth for the readings at her service. Thank you to Manning Jobes and staff for your compassion and professionalism. Finally, to her best friend Georgie, and her sisters Colleen and Francis, who were always there for her, Thank you.
