Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, December 21, 2015, Ruth Williams, aged 84 years. Welcoming her home with open arms are her husband, Joseph (2004), and her parents, Florence and Lew. Left with saddened hearts and precious memories are her six children: Sharon (Paul Foley), Robert (Lisa Fry), Charles (Annette Magee), Lynn (Chris Stoyles), Michelle (Ed Warfield) and David; 10 grandchildren: Vanessa and Meghan Foley, Amanda (David Jones) and Adam Williams, Ryan and Alexander Williams, Jeffrey (Kayla) and Jonathan Stoyles, and Nicole (Billy Murphy) and Michael Williams; two great-grandchildren: Gabriel Jones and Jacob Stoyles; and sister-in-law, Irma Hawkins; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Tuesday, December 22, from 11 am - 9 pm and on Wednesday, December 23, from 10 am - 12 noon. Funeral service will be held from the Anglican Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 2 pm, with interment to follow at Kilbride Roman Catholic Cemetery.
