Duguay, Vivian A. – 79, of Ward’s Brook passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan. Born in Ward’s Brook, she was a daughter of the late Perry and Marie (Allen) Dowe. She is survived by a daughter, Catherine Gero (Alonzo), Amherst; sons , Bernard ‘Jr.’ (Carrie), Mount Forest, Ont.; Dwayne (Stephanie), Acton, Ont.; former daughter in law, Shawn Williams, Amherst; sisters, Leona Dowe, Wards Brook; Ruby Crossman (Culton), Halifax; Marion Legere, Parrsboro; Althea Legere (Pat), Enfield; Faye George (Willie), Helen George (Johnny), all of Acton, Ont.; brothers, Allan (Judy Wheaton), Wards Brook; Kenny (Carol), Diligent River; 5 grandchildren, Christine, Michelle, Melissa, Erika, Ryan; 6 great grandchildren, Cassidy and Parker; Mya and Hayden; Carter and Colton; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard in 2004; brothers, Sterling, Bill, Isaac, Perry. Funeral 2 p.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro, Pastor Douglas Lake officiating. Burial in the Riverbank Cemetery, Port Greville.
