WARMAN, ANNA (McDERMOTT)
(1944-2015)
MONCTON, NB - Anna Warman 71, of Moncton passed away peacefully at her residence after a lengthy battle with cancer. Born in Meadowvale, NS she was the daughter of the late Amos McDermott and Erma (McDermott) Bezanson.
Before retiring, Anna was employed as a waitress for many years.
Anna will be sadly missed by her loving husband, John Warman; one daughter, Kimberley Moore (Todd) of Elgin; one son, Johnny Warman of Moncton, four grandchildren, Corey Betts, Jordan Betts, Alishia Warman, Samantha Richard and great-granddaughter, Ella Jordan Betts. She is also survived by two sisters, Donna Dallaire (Elmo) of Mundleville, Mary Ellen Murphy of Mundleville; five brothers, Leo McDermott (Farron) of Targettville, Tommy McDermott (Ernestine) of Beersville, Amos Karl "Amie" McDermott of Portland, ME, Ricky McDermott (Joyce) of Dieppe, Sheldon McDermott (Nicole) of Saint-Louis-de-Kent, sister-in-law, Lois McDermott of Targettville and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Seymour McDermott and Freeman McDermott and one sister, Margaret Ells.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Thompson’s Funeral Home Chapel, Richibucto. Interment will be held at St. Stephen’s United Church, Molus River.
We would like to thank all our family and friends that was so loving and caring in our time of need and also special thank you to extra mural nurse Heather Kennedy and home care worker Raymonde Mallet for the kind and compassionate care they gave to Anna.
