Formerly of Montague, age 87, passed peacefully late Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Whisperwood Villa, after a life well lived.
Predeceased by his parents, Cecil and Erma (Allen) Wightman, and his beloved wife of 56 years, Daisy (Watkins).
He will be remembered as an amazing dad, grampy, and a community-minded businessman who knew how to get things done. He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by son, Roger (Karen) of Charlottetown and grandsons, Kyle and Andrew of Stratford.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Wednesday, January 6 from 4 to 7 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, January 7, from Hillcrest United Church, Montague at 3 p.m. Interment to take place in Community Park Cemetery.
