Passed peacefully away on January 5, 2016 at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, Susie Butt, aged 89 years, formally of Wesleyville. Predeceased by her husband Bill Butt; the Mullet family of Wesleyville, her parents Cecil and Minnie; sisters Eulah (Bill) White and Betty (Hayward) Howell. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her children Wayne (Valerie), Dartmouth, NS, Rosalind (Pat), Goulds, Holly (Randy), Goulds, Randy (Jackie), Paradise, and Glenn (Karen), Truro, NS; eight grandchildren Adam (Joanna), Bernard, David, Matthew (Brandi), Patricia (Coady Dempsey), Geoffrey (Jamie), Nicholas and Hillory; great-grandchildren Nathan, Meaghan and Alisyn, Kendra and Kaiden, Kyle, Amiron, Evan and Keira, and Tyler and Jaden; and many nieces, nephews, friends and Goulds neighbors. Special thanks to St. Patrick's Mercy Home, especially staff of 2 South North, for their kindness and loving care. Special thank you to Sister Maureen for the many visits and prayers. Visitation will take place at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday January 7 from 12 Noon to 9 p.m. Funeral service on Friday January 8 at 11 a.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
