Passed away peacefully at The Health Sciences Centre on Sunday January 10, 2015 with her family at her side. Predeceased by her father Harold Smith and son Trevor Warren. Leaving to mourn with fond memories Mother Hazel Smith, Husband Frank Warren, Son Chris (Angie) Warren, Daughter Heather Warren, Grandson Joshua Warren, Sisters Wanda Vivian, and Mary (Angus) Green, and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Carnell's Funeral home 329 Freshwater Rd. on Wednesday from 10 - 4 p.m. A funeral Service will be held on Wednesday January 13, 2016 following the visitation, in the Carnell Memorial Chapel at 4 p.m. Cremation to follow, interment at a later date.
