Passed away peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital January 10, 2016, of Heather Bernard of Stratford.
Beloved wife for 36 years of Howard Bernard. Heather will be lovingly remembered by her adopted family, the Carmichael's, her favourite pet - Maggie, as well as numerous relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Neil and Bessie (nee Dalziel) Beaton, sister, Marjorie Biso, and pets - Penny and Mindy.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home 2, Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation Saturday, January 16, 2016 from 1-1:45 p.m. A funeral service will follow at the Stratford Chapel, Hillsboro Funeral Home, at 2 p.m. Interment will take place at a later time.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Humane Society or the P.E.I. Mental Health Association would be appreciated.
