Peacefully at the Maplewood Manor, Alberton, on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, of Randolph Joseph McAlduff of Alberton age 87 years. Born at Alberton on February 5, 1928, he was the son of the late Frank and Ethel (nee Carter) McAlduff. Dear brother to Frances McAlduff and Alva McAlduff of Alberton. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews Judy (late Elmer) MacFadyen of Charlottetown, James (Mary) of St. John, N.B., Robert of Charlottetown, David (Janice) of Clyde River, Susanne (Bob) Motherwell of Perth-Australia, Beatrice (Rick) Hartinger of Charlottetown. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Merrill and by sisters Theresa and Arilda. He was also predeceased by a nephew, Alan and his wife Cynthia. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Saturday morning from the Sacred Heart Church, Alberton, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Andrew MacDonald celebrant. Interment later in the church cemetery.
