Passed peacefully away in her 100th year at Chancellor Park, St. John's on January 18th, Enid Jerrett, formerly of Clarke's Beach, the last surviving child of Joseph and Fanny (Mugford) Coveyduck. Predeceased by her husband Eric (1989), daughters Carol (1955) and Maisie Lorraine (2015), brothers Jack, Chris, and Harvey; sisters Jessie, Hilda, Winnie, Sybil, Effie and Laura; son-in-law Don (2012). Left to mourn are children Eric/Bud (Betty), Jean (Jerry) Rex, Fred (Linda), Bob (Elaine), and Sue (Phil) Quinlan; sisters-in-law Norma Blackwood and Nellie Hanson; 24 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and friends. Resting at Moore's Funeral Home, Clarkes Beach. Visitation Wednesday 7 - 9 pm, Thursday 2 - 4 and 7 -9 pm, and Friday 10 am - noon. Funeral service from Clarke's Beach United Church at 2:00 pm, Friday, January 22nd. Flowers gratefully accepted, or donations may be made to Clarke's Beach United Church.
