Roberta Helen Lister, aged 72 of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Tuesday, January 19th, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. Roberta was born in Estevan, SK, and was raised and educated in Moose Jaw, SK. She met her husband, Rod Lister, while attending High School together. Roberta enjoyed running her storage business and meeting new people, camping, gardening and baking. She especially loved spending quality time with family at Sun Valley. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Helen Snider. Roberta is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Rod; sons, Brent and Tracey (Kerry); daughter, Tara; grandchildren: Garret, Derrian, Paige, Tyanna, Dallas and Oren; great-grandchild, Aidan; and brother, Ron Snider of Red Deer, AB. Special thanks to all of her exceptional caregivers at Extendicare in Moose Jaw. She will always be missed and forever in our hearts. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, January 27th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Pastor Marvin Seaborg will officiate and interment will take place at a later date.
