Wayne Warren, 74, passed away peacefully at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, Jan. 23, 2016.
Wayne was born in Sydney to the late William Warren and Eileen (Warren) Jesty.
Survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Louise; daughter, Shirley Martino, Niagara Falls, NY; son, Dwayne Warren (Cathy Besso), Sydney; grandchildren, Jaeger, Jacob and Isabella; sisters, Jane (Fred) Wallace, Sharon (Ken 'Skippy') Quinton and several nieces and nephews.
Sincere gratitude to the terrific staff of MacDougall Court at Harbourstone for their loving care.
At Wayne's request, there is no visitation. Cremation has taken place with burial arrangements to be made at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society.
