Stuart “Baker” Mulley
We the family of the late Stuart “Baker” Mulley, wish to express our sincere thanks to our family and friends for their love & support during the sudden loss of our beloved husband, father, brother and grandfather. Thank you to those who brought food to our home, gave monetary gifts, sent cards, made memorial donations in Stuart’s memory, the phone calls, messages and to those who came to our home to visit. A huge thank you is extended to those who traveled a great distance to be with us and to those who came to the funeral service, your presence was overwhelming. Thank you to the paramedics, first responders, Doctors and staff at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Emergency Department for your support at that difficult time. To Father Patrick O’Neil, thank you for the visit you made to our home and for the lovely funeral service. It truly was a wonderful celebration of Stuart’s life. Your kind words of comfort will remain in our hearts forever. Roy Dawson, you were amazing. Singing and playing the guitar brought comfort to our family. To the organist and church choir a special thank you. Thank you to Chelsea Slade, Darlene MacDonald and Heather Hoben for doing the readings. To Sophia and Lauren Cholock for delivering the offerings, thank you. We know it was a difficult task. To the honorary pallbearers and the honor guard Bruce MacDonald, George Fougere, Billy Critchley (Stewart Critchley), Gerald MacIssac (Dave Brannen), Earl Stewart, Roy Bragg, Darrell Vickers, Gordon MacKenzie and Wayne Mulley, Eric Martin, Tyler Jenkins, Stephen Cantwell, Kevin-Luke Carey, Tyler Beuno, Mitchell McCarthy, Luke MacDonald, Brock MacDonald and Johnny Robinson for forming the honor guard. Stuart loved you all and would have been extremely proud.
The ladies auxiliary were wonderful in providing a lovely lunch following the service. A sincere thank you to Dan Campbell, Peter Walsh and staff at Dooley’s Funeral home for your thoughtfulness, compassion and professional service given to us during this most difficult time. To all who helped comfort us in anyway, we are eternally grateful.
