MARY CECILIA MACDONALD
We, the family of the late Mary Cecilia MacDonald, would like to thank everyone for their kindness, love and support during this very difficult time. To our family, friends and neighbours, to those who travelled near and far to be with us and to attend the funeral, visit our homes, sent mass and sympathy cards, flowers, food, charitable and monetary donations, phoned, sent online condolences and emails, thank you. Sincere appreciation to Fr. Frank Abass for the beautiful mass, Carol MacDougall; organist, St. Mary's CWL East Bay for providing a lovely luncheon. We thankfully acknowledge the pallbearers; Andrew Banks, Jackie McAdam, Cyril MacDonald, Blair, Dale and Michael Martin. Special thanks to Rosie Gillis, Seana Niedzielski, Wanda Quinlan, Iva Leighton, Cheryl Currie, Karen and Shelly Martin, for their many kindnesses during Cil's illness, your support was greatly appreciated. Chant's Funeral Home, especially Jillian Nemis and Jim Delaney, whose compassion and professionalism helped us at such a sad time in our lives. A very special thnak you to the VON (who Cil said she'd recommend to the Pope), Dr. Ann Francis D'Intino and Bernice of ambulatory care. Cil was the link that kept many distant family and friends connected and was an amazing woman who valued and fostered personal relationships. She loved her family above all and we will miss her until the end of time - because a lifetime is never enough.
