Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, surrounded by loving family, on Sunday, January 31, 2016. Predeceased by her husband William Grouchy; parents Alex and Mary Spry; brothers Rick, June, Pat and Joe; sisters Marg, Marian, and Beth. Leaving to mourn with loving memories are her children Joanne, Gus (Shirl), Kim (Richard "Madonna's best friend") and April (Larry); special grandson Jerry (Ashley); grandchildren Gordon, Richard, Billy, Lauralee (Brad), Gussie (Danielle), Sarahlee, Kyle and Brittany; four great-grandchildren; siblings Anne (Don), Rose, Clem and Corina (Craig); special niece Renee (Jason); her Wednesday night family and special neighbours Raymond and Lorraine Terry as well as a large circle of family and friends. Visitation to take place at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Tuesday, February 2 from 2 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, February 3 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Funeral Service to take place from Caul's Chapel on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 2 p.m. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be made in Madonna's memory to the Froude Avenue Community Centre.
