The death occurred suddenly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, February 1, 2016, of George Roach, formerly of Souris, in his 67th year.
Dear father of Sara Roach-Lewis (Scott) and Suann Roach Manning (Charles). Loving brother to Allen (Betty), Dianne Roach, Robin (Tammy), Fred (Sylvia), Sandy (Diane), Jackie (Rita) and Paula (Gord) Moore. With Beverly Roach MacDonald, he was a loving grandparent to Laura, Stephanie and Hannah Manning, and John and Nathan Lewis. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by brothers, Ted and Bobby; sisters, Belle, Pat and Shirley; and his parents, Genevieve and Fee Roach.
Wake to be held at Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris on Thursday, February 4, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Public Memorial service to be held on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. in the Acorn Room of the Eastern Kings Sportsplex in Souris.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Souris Hospital would be appreciated.
