Passed peacefully away on January 16, 2016 at the Brothers' Residence in Delta, BC, Brother Leo Patrick Taylor, C.F.C. aged 78 years. Predeceased by his loving parents, Leo and Mary (Tobin) Taylor, as well as his brother Gerald. He leaves to mourn his sisters Bernadette (Edward), Mary (Peter), Anita, Irene and his brothers Michael (Della), Dennis and his Brothers of the Congregation of Christian Brothers. He was a member of the Congregation for sixty-three years and served in various roles in schools in Newfoundland, British Columbia and Antigua. He is a past principal of St. Patrick's Hall School and Brother Rice High School in St. John's and St. Michael's High School in Grand Falls. Waking at Mount St. Francis, 4 Merrymeeting Road, St. John's, NL on February 5th, from 2-4 pm and from 7-9 pm, with a prayer service at 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 6th at 9:30 am in the Basilica of St. John the Baptist on Military Road. Inurnment will follow in the family plot in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
