Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care Facility, surrounded by family on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, Rebecca Murray, age 94 years. Predeceased by her husband James (1986). Left to celebrate her long life are her ten sons John (Martha), Patrick (Isabel), Alphonsus (Anita), Peter (Donna), Matthew (Paulette), James, Rhodey (Terri), Tobias (Laurianne), David (Carol Ann) and Raymond, two daughters Theresa (Ben) and Becky, seventeen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. A very special thanks to the management and staff of Beachside Manor, Placentia, as well as the staff of the Placentia Health Care Facility and Fr. Wayne Dohey for their kindness and caring. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Wednesday from 7-9pm and Thursday from 2-9pm. Funeral Mass on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 1pm from Sacred Heart Church, Fox Harbour with interment to follow at Coombs Cemetery, Southeast, Placentia.
