Rita Jacobs, formally of Little Hearts Ease and residing in Bradford Ontario passed away on February 5, 2016 at the age of 96. Predeceased by Husband Gordon Jacobs and Son Gary White. Leaving to mourn her remaining 9 Children, 28 Grandchildren, 35 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.

In life we loved you dearly,
In death we love you still,
In our hearts we hold a special place,
That only you can fill.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you didn't go alone,
A part of us went with you,
