Branscombe, Earl Lloyd
Earl Lloyd Branscombe, 85, of Forest Dale Nursing Home in Riverside Albert passed away at his home on February 25, 2016. Born in Corn Hill, he was a son of the late Hilleard and Margaret (nee Coates) Branscombe.
Earl is survived by his daughters: Carol Leblanc of Moncton and Judy Branscombe (Luke) of Ontario; his sons: Gary Branscombe (Rose) of Moncton, Larry Branscombe and Brian Branscombe (Shannon) all of Ontario; his sisters: Grace Branscombe of Saint John and Lottie Forsyth (Arnold) of Corn Hill, Evelyn Colpitts (Gordon) of Salisbury, Pauline Murray of Port Elgin, Luetta Smith (Jerry) of Riverview Margaret Van Til of Ontario; his brothers: Everett Branscombe (Grace) and Ivan Branscombe (Debbie) all of Corn Hill; 18 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren; as well as by many extended family members and friends.
Besides his parents, Earl was predeceased by his wife Evelyn Branscombe (nee Nelson); his daughter Wanita Brace; his sisters: Myrtle Church, Gladys Church, and Florence Branscombe; and his brother Arnold Branscombe.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of Armstrong’s Funeral Home, 33 Russell Street, Petitcodiac (506-756-3361). Visitation will be held on Monday February 29, 2016 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 pm; the funeral service will be held on Tuesday March 1, 2016 at 11:00 am with Pastor Lawrence Earl presiding, all at the Hillgrove Baptist Church. Interment will be held in the Steeves Settlement Church Cemetery at a later date.
