Peacefully, at the Riverview Manor on Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016, with her husband at her side, of Jean Peardon of Murray Harbour.
Beloved wife of Gordon Peardon, mother of Richard and Darron (Louise). Survived by grandchildren, Tracy Mirtle and Sara Peardon; by sister, Frances Selby, Port Elgin, NB; sisters-in-law, Donna, Ada and Arlene Herring; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by son, Allan; daughter-in-law, Lorraine; parents, Montford and Mary Belle (MacIntosh) Herring; sisters, Louise, Marcealina, Una, Wells and Katherine; and brothers, Allan, Stramberg, Laurie, Louis and Hilton.
Resting at Southern King's & Queen's Funeral Home, Murray River. No visitation or funeral by personal request. Graveside service at a later date in the Murray Harbour Cemetery.
