Cynthia Aileen Shay passed away February 25th 2016 at the Victoria General in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Cynthia was born on June 13th 1962. She is pre-deceased by her father Charles Blaikie. Survived by her husband Chris Shay; Daughter Brianne; Mother Joyce Blaikie; Sisters Cathy, Cheryl, Julie (Terry); Nieces Chelsea, Shannon; Nephew Mitchell; Great nephew Noah. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on July 18th 1981. She worked in health care for many years as a CCA. She was always someone that remembered what everyone liked and always put others before herself. She was a loving wife, mother, sister & friend. She will be missed greatly by many people, until paradise when we see her again. Memorial to be held on Saturday March 5th at 2pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 183 Waller Dr, Truro, Nova Scotia. Reception to follow.
