Brewer, Edward Lewis
The passing of Edward Lewis Brewer of Penniac, NB, husband of Rhona (Fullarton) Sparkes-Brewer occurred on Sunday, March 6, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on December 21, 1950 in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Lillian (Beck) Brewer. Ed graduated from Saint John Regional High School and Saint John Technical School. He worked in the field of instrumentation for 40 years.
In addition to his wife, Ed is survived by his children, Jennifer Brewer of Toronto, ON, Jamie Brewer (Kyla) of Fredericton, NB and Erin Sparkes- Brewer of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Audrey, Eleanor and Chloe Brewer; brother, Kenneth Brewer of Saint John, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Wayne Brewer and sister in law, Dianne Brewer.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 1 to 2 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 2 pm with Canon Jon Lownds officiating.
