1929 - 2016
Rita Daigle, 86, of Miramichi, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Saturday March 5, 2016. She was married to the late Aurèle Daigle (1986). Born in Rogersville, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and the late Georgina (Caissie) Richard.
She will be sadly missed by her children; Aurella Hachey (late Charles), Claudine Comfort (late David), Francine Morrison (John), all of Miramichi, Joel (Angie) of Moncton, thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She also leaves to mourn two sisters; Angeline Maillet (Aurèle), Janita Maillet (Yvon), all of Bouctouche, three brothers; Gerald (Antoinette), Georges (Yvonne), Eugène (Thérèse) all of Rogersville and several nieces and nephews.
Rita was predeceased by two sons; Pierre (1990), Vincent (2011) (Monique 2011), one daughter, Diane (1947), one great-grandchild, Catherine (1996), one sister, Lucienne (2007) and one brother, Mederic (1974).
Visitations will be held at the St-Francois-de-Sales Roman Catholic Church, Rogersville, on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 7 to 9pm and on Thursday from 2 to 4pm. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Rogersville Church, on Thursday March 10, 2016 at 4:00pm.
