Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at the Palliative Care Unit, on Thursday, March 10, 2016, Joseph Power of Mount Carmel, age 72 years. Predeceased by his parents: John and Bridget Power, brothers: John and Albert, step-brothers: Peter and Fred Meaney. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his son Joel Power (Maria), and his mom Agnes, daughter Beckie Power, grandchildren: Delanie and Gracie, brother Raymond (Vale), sisters: Marion Power (Hubert) and Margaret Nagle, many nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends. At his request cremation has taken place. Resting at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Visitation on Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral will take place at 10 am with Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, March 14, 2016. Inurnment will take place at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Cemetery.
