Passed peacefully away on Saturday, March 12th, 2016 surrounded by his loving family at the Palliative Unit, L.A. Miller Centre, Donald (Don) Mercer, aged 66 years. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Drucella, brothers Jim and Herb. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 44 years, Ida (Whitten); his son Donny; daughters: Angela Marshall (Shawn) and Heather Moyor (Curtis); granddaughters: Hannah Moyor, Brianna and Rileigh Marshall; brothers: Walter (Sadie deceased), David (Eileen) and Robert; sisters: Irene Stoyles (Melvin), Frances Ryall (Fred deceased), Linda Warford (Bill) and Gladys; also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, especially his good friend for many years, Steve Frellick. Special thank you to Charlie and Colleen Ryall for their caring and support during Don's illness. Cremation has taken place at Don's request. The family will be having a gathering in memory of Don on Tuesday, March 15 at 422 Back Line, Gould from 11 am - 11 pm.
