Passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center, on Thursday March 10, 2016 Gordon Leslie Grandy, of Grand Bank age 81 years. Predeceased by parents; Simeon & Caroline Grandy, 1 brother; Arthur Grandy, parents-in law; Gordon & Janie Noseworthy. Leaving to mourn wife; Mary, 2 daughters; Brenda of Fortune, Bev (Wade) of Grand Bank. 1 son; Barry (Dolores) of Grand Bank. 5 grandchildren; Christopher, Heather, Vanessa, Kelly, & Kerry. 4 great grandchildren; Matthew, Alana, Wyatt, & Saoirse. 2 brothers; George (Doreen) of Grand Bank, Eric (Doris) of Grand Bank. 1 sister; Joan (Roland) of Grand Bank. 1 sister-in-law; Christine of St. John`s, & 1 brother-in-law; Alex (Ella) Noseworthy of Fortune. Special fur babies; Sophie, Kane, & Molly. Plus a large circle of other relatives & friends. Funeral Service was conductedby Rev. Rick Marsh on Sunday March 13, 2016, at 2:00 PM from the Grand Bank, United Church. Music was provided by Betty Rogers. Interment followed at the Grand Bank, United Church Cemetery.
