Victor Cordell “Cory” Brooks – 50, Millbrook, passed away on March 20, 2016 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.

Cory possessed a variety of talents and worked in many occupations during his lifetime. He was a fisherman, a construction worker as well as a tailor. He had the opportunity of participating in diving expeditions in years past, which he very much enjoyed. Cory liked to watch movies as well as football. He was a “Jack of all trades” and will be missed by all who knew him.

Cory leaves behind his father, Victor; daughters, Alexandria and Emma; sons, Kaya and Cordell; brothers, Jack and Arnold; nephews, Bryan, Noel and John Jr.; nieces, Jacqueline and Rose; many cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was predeceased by his mother, Rose Maria as well as two brothers, Sandy and Joseph.

Resting at his residence, 40 Church Rd., Millbrook with visitation on Tuesday, March 22 after 10am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 23 at 2pm in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Millbrook. Father Dariusz Miskowicz, officiating. Sali’te and Meal will follow in Millbrook Community Hall. Spring interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Millbrook. Family flowers only.
