Born in Newmarket, Ontario, on February 17, 1933, son of the late William and Eleanore (Orr) Brister. Husband of Beverley (Smith) Brister. Father of Leanne Brister, Mississauga; Dianne Brister (Bruce Monaghan), Burlington; Craig (Pauline) Brister, Barrie. Grandfather to Jeremy and Ryan Brister. Brother of John Brister, Toronto. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Friday afternoon from 2-5 p.m. Funeral Saturday in the St. Thomas Anglican Church, Spring Brook, at 11 a.m. Interment in St. Thomas Anglican Church Cemetery.
