RICHARD, Stéphane
Stéphane RICHARD, 36, of Moncton, passed away on Wednesday March 23, 2016 at the Villa du Repos.
Born with cerebral palsy on July 3, 1979 in Moncton, he was the son of Diane Johnson (Ovila) and Ronald Richard.
Besides his parents, he is survived by several aunts and uncles: Clarence Robichaud, Abraham Robichaud (Stella), Gérard Robichaud (Germaine), Alpha Robichaud (Célina), Jeannette Daigle (Livain), Flora Johnson, Linda Johnson, Annette Tweedie (Edgar), Rod Richard (Jennifer), Ivan Richard (Diane) and Gerry Richard; a special cousin, Jillian Snider, as well as many cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Gerard and Flora Johnson; his paternal grandparents, Emery and Corinne Richard; an uncle, Jerry Robichaud.
The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of Villa du Repos for their excellent care provided to Stéphane and also to staff and his friends at METS.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday March 29 at 4 pm. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 pm until time of funeral. A reception will follow at the centre. In memory of Stéphane, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
