Charles B. Cawdle, 63, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, March 26, 2016.
Born in Sackville, N.B., he was the son of Ina and the late Maurice Cawdle. Charles was a Salesman with DEL Equipment Moncton. Throughout his lifetime, Charles had many hobbies, but his main passion was cars, from building, racing to helping others go faster. In the past few years, he attempted to master the game of golf, but mostly, just enjoyed being out with the boys. His true love was being there for his family.
Charles will be sadly missed by his wife of 41years, Lorna (Tower) Cawdle; daughters, Carla Cawdle (Vance Jagoe) of Halifax, NS and Christa Leslie (Andy) of Moncton; sister, Daphne Tester (late Rob) of Dorchester; brothers, David (Krystal) of Fredericton and Chris (Pam) of Riverview; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A Service to celebrate Charles’ life will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel, on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 1:00 pm. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment will be held in Dorchester Rural Cemetery in the spring.
