Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Hospital on March 28, 2016, Violet Martin, aged 83 years. Predeceased by her mother Clara Benson. Left with cherished memories are her husband of 66 years, Wesley; daughter Marguerite (Garry) Knight, son Gary (Delores), daughter Marilyn (Craig) Parrell; grandchildren Stefanie (Mark), Jason (Robin), Jordan, Mark and Holly; precious little great-grandson Wesley Robert; niece Muriel (Graham); nephew Randy (Evelyn) and Joshua of New Harbour. Also special friends Pauline Connors and Margaret Craniford, as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Tuesday, March 29 from 2-9 p.m. and Wednesday, March 30 from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service will be held at the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, March 30 at 2 p.m. with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
