The death occurred peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 of Ernest McKinnon of Souris, and formerly of Nova Scotia, age 83 years.
No visitation by personal request. Funeral to be held on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Souris, with mass to be celebrated in the side chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
